...Juice and zest of four lemons<br />150 grams of butter<br />1 and 1/2 cups of sugar<br />three eggs and four yolks or four eggs (I had yolks as I made a Pavolva)<br />In a double boiler or a bowl over a pot..whisk lemon juice and sugar until dissolved and then add chopped butter and zest..melt it and whisk in beaten eggs.Keep whisking the whole time over heat until mixture is lovely and thick..you will know when that is.<br />Spoon into sterilized jars and refrigerate.KAT ADL'Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18207087848010028220noreply@blogger.com
